Manager Procurement Systems & Processes

Role Purpose:

Increase the value of the procurement organization, by optimizing procurement spend and streamlining procurement way of working, working hand in hand with the Director Procure to Pay E2E Process.

Responsibilities:

• Design and drive procurement automation projects to improve efficiencies and increase catalogs adoption.
• Introduce best practices procurement data analytics and maintain global procurement data and reporting so as to support procurement strategy and performance management.
• Design and drive procurement processes optimization projects to improve purchase requestors experience and procurement data quality.
• Be the guardian of procurement processes and policies.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Procurement, with expertise in both procurement processes and systems, in industrial B2B environment(s).
• Stron knowledge on SAP4Hana, as well as a procurement solution (ARIBA or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline.
