Enterprise Architecture Manager

.Role Purpose:

Design and implement IT enterprise architecture frameworks and IT governance models that align with the company¿s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and develop enterprise architecture frameworks that support the company¿s business goals and IS strategy.
• Establish and enforce IT governance models to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Work closely with business leaders, IS teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and integration of IT initiatives.
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices to enhance the IT architecture and governance.
• Oversee the global enforcement of enterprise architecture and governance frameworks, ensuring consistency and adherence across all regions and departments.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture and IT governance, preferably within the mining or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to design and implement complex IT frameworks. Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed and timely decisions, balancing technical considerations with business objectives.
• High ethical standards and personal integrity, with a commitment to maintaining transparency and accountability in all IT governance activities.
