Join our 18-Month Industrial Immersion Program and embark on an adventure that will shape your future. Here's what awaits you:

• Working for 6 months in Central Services:

Immerse yourself in the core of our operations as you rotate through Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, and Sales departments.

• Working for 6 months in a Foundry Industrial Plant:

Dive into the manufacturing process at one of our foundry plant, where you'll gain experience in Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Logistics.

• Working for 6 months in a Machining Industrial Plant:

Delve into the intricacies of machining and production at our state-of-the-art facility, focusing on Plant Engineering, Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance.

Upon completing the 18 months, you'll have the chance to present your assigned project to our top management team, offering a platform to showcase your accomplishments and vision for the future.
